HUGE: Damning Picture Of Juror Emerges That Could Put The Entire Chauvin Conviction In Jeopardy

The “impartiality” of the jurors in the Derek Chauvin murder trial have been in question for weeks now. Not only did BLM threaten to burn down cities if Chauvin was not convicted, but Maxine Waters herself told protesters to “get more confrontational” if there weren’t specific guilty charges in the case.

Now, a new photo of juror Brandon Mitchell has emerged that has drastically increased the likelihood of an appeal from Chauvin’s defense team.

The picture from August of 2020 shows Mitchell wearing a shirt that says “Get Your Knees Off Our Necks”, clearly aimed at Chauvin and the Police.

Here’s the photo:

According to jury consultant Alan Tuerkheimer, Mitchell’s questionnaire answers could lead to an appeal by Chauvin’s attorney. The judge could also call Mitchell in for questioning, Tuerkheimer added.

That could change the outcome of things; if there is anything that makes him seem that he was not forthcoming, it could be an avenue for the judge to reconsider the case,” Tuerkheimer told the Washington Post.

Meanwhile, civil rights attorney Brian Dunn told the Washington Post that the photo is “undeniably suggestive of a possible bias in this juror.”

Here’s more from the NY Post about what specific questions were posed to Mitchell during the selection process:

“During the jury selection process, each prospective juror is required to answer a questionnaire that includes questions about participation in demonstrations and protests.

“Did you, or someone close to you, participate in any of the demonstrations or marches against police brutality that took place in Minneapolis after George Floyd’s death?” one question read, according to the newspaper.

The other asked: “Other than what you have already described above, have you, or anyone close to you, participated in protests about police use of force or police brutality?”

Mitchell told the Tribune that he replied “no” to both questions.”

If the evidence shows that Mitchell lied while answering these questions, there is a very high likelihood that this could go to a mistrial.

In fact, this juror has screwed up so bad that even left-wing news sites are admitting that the trial verdict is in jeopardy.
